About the Company
Chemprocess Solutions specializes in B2B recruitment and industrial manpower provision, focusing on clients in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Pharma, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors. The company sources skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled professionals for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and related industrial services.
- Engage in cold calling, conduct client visits and meetings at plant locations, and diligently follow up on prospective leads.
- Develop and submit quotations and proposals to potential clients and effectively negotiate to close sales deals.
- Manage CRM data accurately and provide regular activity reports.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Degree holder in any specialization of B.Sc, B.C.A., B.Tech/B.E., B.Com, or B.B.A./B.M.S.
