Job Overview
The role involves recruiting new financial advisors, ensuring they clear necessary certifications, and supporting them with product knowledge and training. The objective is to build and mentor a motivated sales team focused on insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new financial advisors for the organization.
- Ensure successful completion of the IC33 examination by recruits.
- Facilitate issuance of new licenses required for company operations.
- Deliver detailed product knowledge training to advisors.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to advisors.
- Motivate, guide, and mentor the sales team for improved performance.
