Role Responsibilities
- Develop and expand product and service engagement by nurturing and managing relationships with select key customer accounts using strategic account planning.
- Establish trusted long-term partnerships with major clients to prevent competition encroachment.
- Create and execute comprehensive macro action plans to guide customer-focused activities.
- Continuously grow existing client relationships by proposing and negotiating tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Category Manager to identify growth potentials through the Product Screening process, fostering co-constructed solutions that generate sustainable sales.
- Lead business negotiations to ensure delivery of appropriate solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define and communicate monthly sales team activities at key account points of sale.
- Maintain timely delivery of solutions to customers, act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams, and resolve issues or complaints to uphold customer trust.
- Provide regular reports and customer analyses to stakeholders using key account metrics and processes.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Required Experience
- Managing multiple customers and accounts effectively.
- Negotiating solutions tailored to customers' needs.
- Adapting to multitasking environments.
- Working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Engage, for customer relationship management.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
