Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the growing Australian Netflix Ads team. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of ad campaigns in partnership with Netflix Sales Partners. Key duties include coordinating pre-sale and post-sale processes, responding to RFPs, developing media plans, executing campaigns flawlessly, monitoring performance, and providing superior client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Partners to fully understand client objectives and deliver outstanding support.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Sales Partners to review pipeline and campaign progress.
  • Develop media plans and contribute to RFP responses regarding campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting strategy.
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings and assist clients in gathering launch assets.
  • Coordinate with teams to produce customized creative materials.
  • Work tightly with Ad Operations to ensure flawless order setup and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and collaborate with clients to optimize performance as needed.
  • Provide campaign performance reports, including post-campaign summaries, to clients.
  • Manage campaign escalations and help implement long-term solutions to avoid recurring problems.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Netflix’s advertising products, sponsorship options, targeting capabilities, and policies.
  • Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in partnership with clients and finance teams.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency partners.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account Management or Sales Planning, specifically within digital media with a concentration on video advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Operation systems including CRM, Order Management Systems, and Ad Servers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital media sales channels such as Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, adept at presenting data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholder demands simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with advertising research and verification tools like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, and Kantar.
