Internship Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to work with a Mumbai-based IT firm specializing in debt management and collections for banks and NBFCs. The role involves making outbound calls to customers to encourage repayment of overdue loans. A key daily responsibility is providing insight into customer service efficiency and overseeing a team of junior representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of customer service processes.
• Supervising and guiding junior customer service agents.
• Conducting a minimum of 200 outbound calls to recover overdue loan payments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship period is required.
• Candidates should have relevant communication skills and an interest in the role.

Compensation and Perks

• Stipend ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹16,000 per month, with a fixed base of ₹5,000-6,000 and additional incentives of ₹5,000-10,000 per month.

• Completion certificate and letter of recommendation will be provided at the end of the internship.
