About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage with borrowers and manage overdue loan accounts specifically related to commercial vehicle loans. The role involves consistent communication with customers to ensure timely repayment and resolution of dues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with borrowers through phone calls for follow-up on overdue loans.
- Manage assigned commercial vehicle loan portfolios to facilitate timely recovery.
- Accurately document all call records, borrower commitments, and updates in the company application.
- Maintain regular contact with customers until dues are fully settled or resolved.
- Strive to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalation processes, support resolutions, and repossession updates as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and audit standards.
- Negotiate repayment plans and aid in restructuring overdue accounts when required.
- Systematically update and close each case with the proper disposition.

- Must be available for this work-from-home internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
- Available to commit for a duration of six months.

Compensation Details
The stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 16,000 per month. This includes a fixed monthly pay between INR 5,000 and 6,000 and an incentive component ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000.
