This Warehouse Coordinator position with Rhenus Logistics is based in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand and is a full-time on-site role. Customer account management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned warehouse clients.

Documentation and compliance

  • Handle delivery orders and warehouse paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain records for bonded cargo and MPI transitional cargo in line with TFO responsibilities.
  • Support adherence to NZ Customs and MPI warehouse requirements.
  • Make sure warehouse staff receive the correct handling instructions.

Billing and reporting

  • Check that storage, handling, and value-added services are billed correctly.
  • Assist with preparing invoices and resolving billing-related queries.
  • Send customers regular stock and activity reports.

Service improvement and communication

  • Look for ways to improve service quality and workflow.
  • Help onboard new warehouse customers.
  • Keep communication aligned between warehouse, operations, and transport teams.
