Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Estimator to join our Hoppers Crossing location. This full-time permanent role offers a professional environment, Monday to Friday schedule totaling 45 hours weekly, and competitive compensation aligned with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating vehicle damage and crafting precise and thorough repair estimates.
- Coordinating with insurers, clients, and workshop personnel to govern workflow from initial quotation through job completion.
- Procuring necessary parts and ensuring estimates meet criteria for quality, timing, and cost.
- Utilizing estimating systems consistent with insurer and company standards.
- Maintaining proactive communication throughout repair processes to ensure timely completion.
- Complying with all workplace health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the role of Estimator within the automotive or collision repair sector.
- Proficiency with automotive estimating solutions such as Audatex, PartsPoint, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with solid organizational capabilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team member.
