Role Overview
This contract position is for a travel coordination professional in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role supports corporate travel operations and requires comfort working in a fast-moving environment with frequent changes and high booking volume.
Key Duties
- Manage a large volume of transactional travel arrangements, averaging around 500 to 700 bookings each month.
- Plan and organize intricate itineraries that may include multiple destinations and different transportation methods.
- Work within GDS systems to create, update, and administer travel bookings.
- Provide assistance with corporate travel requirements.
Qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements is required.
- Experience using a GDS platform such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo is acceptable; knowledge of travel booking software is preferred.
- Strong Excel ability is essential and will be checked during the interview process.
- Ability to manage complex travel requests and high transaction volumes with confidence.
