Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Threat Hunter based in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive threat detection and analysis to safeguard our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive threat hunting utilizing network visibility tools.
• Analyze network telemetry, packet captures, and alerts to detect abnormal behaviors.
• Investigate suspicious network traffic including malware communications and lateral movements.
• Collaborate closely with SOC teams to enhance incident information and deliver actionable threat intelligence.
• Formulate new hypotheses and detection methods aligned with evolving cyber threats.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation on threat hunting activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and propose security enhancements.

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least 7 years of experience in threat hunting roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Knowledge of the threat landscape, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and incident response processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to operate effectively in high-pressure SOC environments.
• Effective communication skills for technical and managerial discussions.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours, including weekends as needed.
• Highly motivated with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Certification in CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) is mandatory. Prior experience between 7 to 10 years is required.
