Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls to establish and nurture strong relationships.
• Actively promote and upsell various banking products and services to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with precise and timely solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure quality service standards.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to earn additional performance incentives.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and undergraduates with 6 to 9 months of relevant experience.
• Applicants must be up to 30 years of age.

Skills Needed

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of ₹17,500 per month for fresh candidates and ₹18,500 per month for those with experience.
• Appealing performance-linked incentives beyond the base salary.
• Work shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM; female employees assigned shifts only until 7:00 PM.
• Six working days per week with rotating weekly off.
• Top performers may have the chance to transition into direct bank payroll roles.
