Role Summary
The Small Business Banker position, located in Bendigo, VIC, is a full-time, on-premise role that focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small business clients. The role involves delivering customized lending and banking products, conducting periodic financial reviews, and seeking new avenues to encourage business expansion. This position requires direct interaction with clients, financial needs evaluation, loan application processing, and adherence to policy and regulatory standards.
Daily Responsibilities
- Regularly meet clients face-to-face to understand their financial requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications ensuring compliance with NAB policies and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and keep track of market dynamics and the local business environment.
- Build and nurture relationships within the Bendigo commercial community through proactive engagement.
- Maintain precise records and utilize NAB's banking platforms efficiently to manage client information and workflows.
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
