Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to join our technology division, ensuring our AI-driven products uphold exceptional quality and performance standards. This role demands thorough knowledge of QA processes, strong attention to detail, and a drive for excellence. Candidates will have extensive experience in manual and automated testing and an interest in overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Duties

• Partner with development teams to grasp product requirements and incorporate them into comprehensive test plans.
• Execute detailed testing protocols including functional, regression, performance, and security assessments.
• Document and track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely retesting and resolution.
• Mentor junior QA staff, promoting quality-focused practices and continuous enhancement.
• Lead initiatives to improve QA methodologies and integrate new tools.
• Contribute QA insights during code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps and developers to embed testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide analytical reporting on test outcomes to key stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
