- Ensure that service products are designed to be secure, resilient, and meet or exceed service level expectations.
- Rebuild and energize the technology team to foster an inclusive, high-performing, and collaborative culture.

- Proven expertise in managing complex systems, platform applications, migrations, and modernization projects.
- Deep knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, digital and technology transformation, and technology service management.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing vendor partnerships.
- Financially savvy with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experience coaching and modeling Agile mindsets and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate teams, and lead change and innovation.
- Preferably experienced in freight, logistics, or transport domains.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, digital transformation, service management, cybersecurity, resilience, and data privacy standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, leadership, and Agile coaching skills.
