Role Overview
As a Finance Business Partner Lead within the Customer portfolio, you will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insightful financial analysis and advice that drives commercial success. This 18-month fixed-term position, based at Mascot Headquarters, offers a highly visible leadership opportunity to influence business decisions, lead complex financial initiatives, and partner closely with executives to achieve transformative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercially-focused financial reporting and insights that lead to positive business results.
- Collaborate with the Customer business unit to deliver effective financial planning, analysis, and guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, supporting strategic decisions and long-term growth.
- Lead large-scale transformation projects within the Customer portfolio.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
- Strong commercial insight with a talent for translating financial data into actionable business outcomes.
- Experience leading teams and nurturing high-performing talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to manage strategic priorities alongside operational execution in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
