Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving 100% of zonal sales targets on a monthly basis through effective team coordination and leadership of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Managers (AMs), and Medical Executives (MEs). This position demands strategic planning, market data analysis, and execution of action plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent attainment of zonal sales targets month over month by leading and coordinating efforts of sales teams including RSMs, AMs, and MEs.

  • Create and enforce implementation of actionable sales strategies.

  • Conduct scheduled visits to sales territories to counsel and guide team members closely.
  • Organize periodic sales meetings aimed at training, motivating, and educating field personnel.

Experience & Education

  • Overall experience of 14 to 15 years in relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience at a third-line managerial level.
  • Graduation degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
