Role Details
Location: Emerald Park, Saskatchewan
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate sales coverage across regions through strategic team allocation
- Analyze market conditions to drive market share and used equipment sales
- Set clear sales targets, pipeline expectations, and customer experience standards for the team
- Coach sales staff to help customers select equipment that optimizes land use
- Participate in on-farm visits with sales team to enhance customer relationships and sales skills
- Stay informed on John Deere products, financing options, and technology to advise customers accurately
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of equipment sales experience
- 1 to 3 years of sales team leadership experience is an asset
- Strong business development drive and ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Competitive mindset focused on achieving and exceeding goals
- Problem-solving aptitude with creative thinking skills
- Background or knowledge of agriculture, especially in Saskatchewan, is advantageous
