Key Responsibilities

• Detect, evaluate, and reduce risks related to listed tokens by applying comprehensive risk control frameworks, ensuring the security of projects and operations.
• Perform root cause investigations through both on-chain and off-chain analytics to resolve incidents with data-backed solutions.
• Manage requests from external projects, including tasks such as rebranding initiatives, token swaps, mainnet integrations, and airdrop campaigns.
• Address operational requests covering areas like legal agreements, risk management systems, and bot performance improvements.
• Supervise the execution of projects, guaranteeing on-time delivery, proper stakeholder engagement, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Enhance organizational structures and streamline processes to optimize the handling and fulfillment of incoming requests.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Practical expertise in analyzing on-chain data with a well-developed understanding of blockchain infrastructures and tokenomics principles.
• Competency in data querying and programming languages such as SQL and Python, alongside experience using analytics platforms like Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and conflict management within team settings.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and adaptability, thriving in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
