About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate listed-token risks and put risk-control measures in place to protect project integrity and operational safety.
- Investigate incidents through root-cause analysis using both on-chain and off-chain data, then turn findings into practical, data-backed fixes.
- Coordinate requests from external partners, including rebranding, token swaps, mainnet launches, and airdrops.
- Manage operational work such as legal documentation, risk-control configurations, and bot-related improvements.
- Drive projects through execution and completion by managing stakeholders and following SOP stages carefully.
- Improve request handling and delivery by refining workflows, structures, and operating processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience with on-chain analysis, along with a solid grasp of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
- Ability to work with SQL and Python, plus familiarity with analytics platforms such as Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, including negotiation, conflict handling, and teamwork.
- A dependable, accountable, and resilient mindset suited to fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
