Personal Loan Telecaller - Banking Process

Job Overview

We seek an enthusiastic Personal Loan Telecaller to engage potential clients by explaining loan products, assisting through inquiry stages, and supporting the loan application journey.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
• Clarify personal loan features including eligibility and interest rates.
• Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate loan solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads to aid the sales team.
• Gather and validate customer documentation.
• Continuously follow up with clients until loans are disbursed.
• Document all calls and customer interactions accurately within CRM.
• Meet specified call and conversion goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Adhere to corporate and banking standards and guidelines.

Required Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM platforms.
• Capable of thriving in a targets-driven atmosphere.
• Good customer service orientation and persistence in follow-up.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges from 10,000 to 25,000 INR.
