Part Time Sales Assistant

Job Overview and Working Hours

This part-time role requires you to work 23 hours each week with shifts scheduled as follows: Tuesday from 6am to 11am, Thursday 12pm to 6pm, Saturday 3pm to 9pm, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. The workplace is located on Beverley Road, Hull, HU6 0AA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Oversee the store and forecourt operations
• Authorize fuel pump usage and assist customers at fuel stations
• Manage cash transactions responsibly
• Support stock management tasks including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, rotating items, and checking expiry dates
• Provide customers with information about products, services, and special offers available in the shop
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the entire site
• Stay vigilant regarding security in the store and forecourt areas
• Offer support by covering during holidays and absences when needed
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and job performance

• Comfortable with occasional lone working shifts or sites

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay between 312.90 and 313.50, payable on a weekly basis
