Job Overview
Join the head office in Chennai of a reputable Indian non-banking financial company that provides vehicle, home, business loans, deposits, and related financial products. You will oversee centralized HR functions across the organization's branch network.
Key Duties
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding through to exit formalities.
- Administer HRMS activities, attendance and leave tracking.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs to the payroll team.
- Handle HR helpdesk queries and maintain HR Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Please note: Compensation and benefits management falls outside this role's scope.
Candidate Profile
- 7 to 12 years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in HR operations or shared services.
- Practical experience using enterprise-level HRMS systems and dealing with monthly payroll inputs, supporting a multi-location workforce.
- Strong skills in MIS reporting and advanced Excel capabilities.
- MBA specialized in Human Resources preferred.
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Tamil is advantageous.
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary ranges between 700,000 and 1,200,000 INR annually, with additional perks in line with company policies.
