Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Team Member to contribute to optimizing the guest experience through effective maintenance and safety management within our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to support and conduct scheduled planned maintenance checks as well as respond to repair needs promptly.
- Perform routine safety inspections daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring all apartment units and public spaces are fully functional and secure.
- Engage in both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for the building and equipment, fostering environmentally friendly practices by assisting in the establishment of internal sustainability measures.
- Assist in overseeing inventories including managing stocks, equipment, and supplies essential for maintenance operations.
- Guarantee adherence to safety protocols while regularly monitoring the overall condition of the building, technical installations, and safety/alarm systems.
- Identify, report, and promptly mitigate any existing or potential hazards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Candidate Profile
- Experience relevant to maintenance roles in property management or hospitality settings is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Familiarity with local or property-specific maintenance, safety, and health regulations is advantageous.
