Maintenance Operative

Role Overview

HC-One seeks a Maintenance Operative experienced in upkeep, building repairs, DIY tasks, cleaning, and housekeeping. Candidates should possess mechanical and electrical technical knowledge and ideally some IT proficiency. Above all, interaction with residents and colleagues must be conducted with genuine kindness and consideration.

The role requires maintaining a high standard of living conditions for residents by performing regular inspections and upkeep. Tasks include conducting audits, maintaining accurate records, and executing repairs such as replacing taps or mixer valves, installing extractor fans, repairing window timber, and applying wallpaper, always prioritizing kindness in service.

Safeguarding Responsibilities
