Role Overview
The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing interior design projects throughout their full lifecycle. This includes ensuring projects comply with design specifications, uphold quality benchmarks, and adhere to scheduled timelines by directly working onsite.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities on-site for interior design projects from start to finish.
- Assign tasks to team members appropriately to promote teamwork and accomplish project goals efficiently.
- Create and track project timelines and schedules to maintain steady progress and avoid delays.
- Compile detailed daily progress reports highlighting completed milestones, ongoing site activities, and any issues arising.
