Job Overview

We invite applications for the role of In-Store Appointment Setter at our retail locations in St. Augustine, FL. This position involves engaging retail customers by promoting HVAC services such as system tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. It offers hourly remuneration complemented by commission, with flexible schedules both part-time and full-time.

Compensation

• Base pay ranging from $16 to $19 per hour plus commission
• Average earning potential between $20 and $30 per hour including commission
• Weekly payments made via direct deposit

Work Schedule

Available shifts span Monday through Sunday, accommodating both part-time and full-time availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the ARS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm as a retail Brand Ambassador
• Function as a Promotions Specialist by educating customers on service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups between customers and service technicians or comfort advisors
• Note that this role excludes door-to-door or canvassing activities

Candidate Requirements

• Energetic, positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers in a retail environment
• Prior experience in retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales roles is favorable but not mandatory
• Physical stamina to stand and walk during work shifts
• Availability during weekends and some holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance representative of the ARS brand
• Commitment to attending weekly office meetings
• Employment contingent on successful background check per applicable laws
