Role Overview

This position is with Unique Services, part of American Residential Services, a long-established home services company with more than 45 years in the industry and a team of over 7,000 professionals. The role is based in Ft. Myers, Florida, and involves speaking with shoppers inside a major retail home improvement store.

Compensation for this opportunity is $20.00 per hour plus commission, with average earnings estimated at $20 to $30 per hour when commission is included. The schedule runs Friday through Sunday. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

What You Will Do

You will initiate friendly conversations with retail customers about HVAC upgrades, improved indoor air quality, and energy-saving solutions. A key part of the job is booking free in-home consultations for the company’s comfort advisors.

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching and engaging shoppers in a retail environment
• Warm, approachable personality; previous sales experience is an advantage
• Able to remain standing or walking for up to 6 hours per shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store
• Availability for weekend retail shifts, with some holidays required
• Professional appearance suitable for representing the brand
• Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings
