About the Role
This position is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations end to end. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, policy implementation, and compliance support, all in line with best practices and Saudi labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through final hiring.
- Maintain employee records and keep HR system information accurate and current.
- Track attendance, timekeeping, and leave in accordance with approved policies.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing employee contracts and related documentation.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures while supporting compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Work with different departments to address workforce and HR needs.
- Contribute to periodic HR reporting and key metrics preparation.
- Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and social insurance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee administration tools.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
