Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms, floors, and public areas ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Changing linens and handling laundry duties efficiently.
- Reporting repair requests and lost property items to the housekeeper or maintenance staff.
- Interacting courteously and professionally with guests.
Leadership Duties (For Housekeeper Supervisors)
- Leading the team by monitoring cleanliness and removing dust and clutter promptly.
- Assigning tasks to staff and overseeing the upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.
- Managing operational and administrative functions of the housekeeping department.
- Collaborating closely with adjacent departments to ensure smooth operations.
