• Leading the team by monitoring cleanliness and removing dust and clutter promptly.
• Assigning tasks to staff and overseeing the upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.
• Managing operational and administrative functions of the housekeeping department.
• Collaborating closely with adjacent departments to ensure smooth operations.
