Position Overview

The Facilities Manager will oversee comprehensive technical operations, hard services, HVAC systems, and overall building maintenance for designated locations. Primary Duties

  • Enforce environmental health and safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, audits, drills, and maintaining relevant compliance certificates.
  • Serve as the main liaison for client site teams, providing timely technical reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with regional and national facility management teams to promote operational enhancements.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in technical building operations, hard services, HVAC, or M&E functions.
  • Experience managing multiple sites or commercial/technical facilities is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams and third-party vendors.
