Position Overview

Join Marina Bay Sands and elevate your career by collaborating with seasoned professionals in a dynamic and fulfilling work environment. We seek an Executive in Mall Operations who will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our shopping mall and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections and pre-opening checks of common areas within the mall.
  • Support coordination and inspection activities with service providers to address routine work, defects, and remedial tasks.
  • Assist in managing service provider contracts to ensure compliance with agreed standards and quality.
  • Ensure that building services and shared facilities are consistently maintained in top condition.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and special management reports.
  • Oversee procedures and supervise fit-out works for retail premises.
  • Coordinate the handover of premises between the mall and retailers.
  • Facilitate all tenancy fit-out and reinstatement processes, liaising with retailers, their consultants or contractors, service providers, and mall management.
  • Collect and manage critical documents such as as-built drawings, insurance certificates, fit-out deposits, and related fees from retailers.
  • Manage asset enhancement initiatives and projects within the mall.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager and Associate Director of Mall Operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in shopping centre operations is essential.
