Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to be based onsite in Kolkata. The key responsibility of this role is to oversee and enhance Kidcity’s online sales platforms, including marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. The specialist will manage product listings, competitive pricing, promotions, inventory monitoring, and order processing. Coordination with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and appealing, accurate product presentation is essential.

  • Manage and optimize product listings and pricing strategies on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee order processing workflows.
