Director, Member Experience - Pharmacy

Role Overview

Molina Healthcare seeks a knowledgeable and strategic Director of Member Experience with a focus on Pharmacy to lead efforts in enhancing membership retention and satisfaction. This role supports Medicaid membership across various product lines, including TANF, ABD, Expansion, CHIP, Medicare, and Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute pharmacy-centric process improvements to boost member engagement and experience.
• Formulate and drive an enterprise-wide tactical plan targeting growth in Medicaid enrollments aligned with enhanced member retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Engage cross-functionally with multiple departments to advance satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning activities aimed at continual improvement of member experience and operational efficiencies.
• Assess disenrollment analytics to pinpoint opportunities for member experience enhancement and retention.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure alignment of member satisfaction and retention initiatives with state-level objectives.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline or possessing equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience in Medicaid Managed Care, including at least three years in supervisory or management roles.
• Proficiency in networking, negotiation, and public speaking, with demonstrated abilities in process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma.
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicaid product lines, applicable regulations, and compliance standards.
• Holding an active State Life and Health and/or Disability License is preferred.
