Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the Dairy/Frozen department for optimal presentation.
• Manage stock rotation, closely checking for and removing expired items.
• Confirm all merchandise is correctly signed and priced according to store policies.
• Comply with cold chain regulations including thermometer checks, temperature logging, and proper food handling to maintain safety standards.
• Follow thorough food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene requirements.
• Handle ordering, clearances, pricing adjustments, signage, and labeling as per Walmart procedures.
• Maintain promotional features and displays to attract customers.
• Ensure the department remains clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary clutter, debris, foreign objects, or liquids.

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is $16.15 per hour.
