Role Overview
The Customer Care Executive will provide comprehensive support to Airtel Black customers via inbound calls, addressing queries and delivering solutions promptly to promote an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls and offer professional support.
- Effectively diagnose and resolve customer problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Comply with quality and procedural standards consistently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities.
- A service-oriented mindset with dedication to excellence.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Additional Information
- Language proficiency required: English, Tamil, Hindi.
- Work schedule: Five days weekly with two rotational weekly offs.
- Compensation ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 monthly, including night shift and split shift allowances.
