Odys Aviation is dedicated to developing safe and sustainable aircraft designed to significantly reduce travel times on some of the world's busiest routes. Their main product, the Alta aircraft, enables travelers to bypass busy airports by using city helipads and regional airports for journeys under 1,000 miles, which represent roughly 40% of flights. This innovation also achieves a 76% reduction in CO2 emissions over billions of flight miles worldwide.

The company is also advancing an unmanned aerial vehicle, Laila, aimed at commercial logistics, medical transportation, humanitarian missions, disaster relief, and defense operations. Odys is preparing to launch aircraft deployments with partners such as Fiji Airways, Honeywell, Aramex, and the US Navy starting in 2026 and currently holds confirmed aircraft orders.

The team consists of seasoned engineers from deep tech and aerospace sectors who excel in rapid iteration and aircraft certification, having extensive experience in drone development, automotive manufacturing, and electric transportation innovations.

Role Responsibilities

• Create visual graphics and assets for Odys' social media, website, and external communications.
• Contribute to marketing collateral such as event graphics, promotional banners, and other content.
• Collaborate with the design team to incorporate 3D renderings and product visuals into presentations and marketing pieces with consistent visual messaging.
• Organize and maintain the design asset library for quick access to approved materials by the team.
• Support the evolution of Odys' brand identity by adhering to style guidelines and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills including layout, hierarchy, composition, and typography; early or academic work is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CAD tools (Keyshot, Rhino, NX), and presentation software (PowerPoint or Keynote); knowledge of Figma is advantageous.
• Interest in aviation, aerospace, or advanced technology fields is highly valued.
• Ability to accept feedback, ask clarifying questions, and rapidly iterate in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
