Junior Designer

Role Overview

The Junior Designer will actively participate in daily operations while collaborating closely with the Marketing team and fellow graphic designers to create various projects such as social media visuals, flyers, company stamp designs, and additional marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and learn through daily job functions and tasks.
• Work jointly with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and finalize design projects.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to modify and enhance design elements including color adjustments and exposure corrections.
• Apply Adobe Illustrator skills to incorporate detailed illustrations into projects.
• Develop initial concepts for new designs to obtain reviews and approvals before starting production.
• Incorporate feedback from project management to refine work processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished designs to the operations team.
• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into visual concepts.
• Create sketches to establish design ideas and frameworks.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Comprehensive understanding of materials related to design and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of print design and production workflows.
• Basic salesmanship skills to align design outcomes with client expectations.
