About Wyken Croft Primary School
Wyken Croft is a large primary school in Coventry committed to creating an excellent environment for students, staff, and families. Job Role
The school governors are looking to fill a permanent Cleaner position starting in September. The role involves working with an established caretaking team dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness standards to support a positive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with caretaking and cleaning staff to uphold the school's cleanliness standards.
- Work independently when needed as well as part of a team.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions and duties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to interact professionally with pupils and staff to maintain a harmonious environment.
- Effective communication skills with all school stakeholders.
- Experience working efficiently within a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in cleaning or caretaking roles within the industry.
- Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to supporting young people in their educational environment.
