Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, high-quality assistance to individuals with disabilities and youth
• Support personal care routines, mobility, and skill-building activities
• Foster meaningful relationships through mentorship and emotional support
• Encourage involvement in community and recreational activities
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to execute support plans
• Promote client rights and independence advocacy
• Maintain safe, trauma-informed spaces for young people with complex needs

Requirements

• Strong commitment to human rights and driving positive societal change
• Compassionate, empathetic, and resilient character
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Certification: Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention, or willingness to obtain
• Essential Current certifications: First Aid, CPR, Driver's License, and NDIS Worker Check, or commitment to acquire these
• Flexible availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
