Job Overview
Swan Global is seeking an experienced Chemist to join their team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. The role involves performing precise laboratory tests, maintaining stringent quality controls, and supporting product formulation activities within the chemical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory tests following established protocols and standards.
- Monitor product quality rigorously and report any deviations or issues to the QA/QC Manager promptly.
- Prepare laboratory blends to aid in product formulation and development processes.
- Carry out inspection and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate quality records along with proper documentation management.
- Adhere to all quality assurance policies and uphold laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated practical experience spanning 5 to 10 years within chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas laboratory environments.
