Cart Attendant

Job Overview

As a Cart Attendant at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive first and last impression of our stores. Your duties include collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to transport carts inside the store, and keeping the carts clean and sanitary. This position requires maintaining a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required by law at the job location. Additional earnings may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, season, facility, or specific tasks. Premium rates can range between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour and multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position with available shifts during mid-shift and closing hours at Walmart Supercenter #298, located at 1972 HWY 431, Boaz, AL 35957.
