Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate at our Pooler Walmart Supercenter, you play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store premises, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.

Compensation

• Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $29, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage standards for the location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be added depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks worked, with potential for multiple premiums to be awarded if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Positions are available on full-time and part-time bases, with shifts covering opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing times.
