BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Mirage Leisure & Development is seeking skilled BIM Coordinators and Site BIM Coordinators to become integral members of our Digital Delivery team based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We welcome candidates proficient in BIM coordination from either the design or construction phase of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage BIM workflows across projects involving multiple disciplines.
• Assist with the deployment and upkeep of BIM standards, digital delivery methods, and workflows within a Common Data Environment (CDE) using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Develop, evaluate, and administer BIM-related documentation such as BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and other crucial project documents.
• Conduct model coordination, clash detection, quality assurance, and manage issues with the help of leading BIM software tools.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth digital project delivery processes.
• Support coordination of design and information management for all stages of projects, inclusive of construction-focused BIM operations.
• Guarantee that BIM deliverables meet the necessary project criteria, corporate policies, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree specializing in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or MEP.
• Documented experience as a BIM Coordinator or Site BIM Coordinator, or in an equivalent position.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM coordination methodologies.
• Sound understanding of BIM standards, especially ISO 19650 guidelines, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experienced in conducting clash detection, model federation, and digital quality control measures.
• Outstanding communication abilities with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on UAE-based projects is highly advantageous.
