Role Overview

As an Associate, you will be an integral member of our lean, dynamic team working at the forefront of venture investments in defense and strategic technologies. This role offers significant responsibility early on, including opportunity to collaborate with founders, investors, and industry experts globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source promising investment opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive market and startup analyses
• Draft detailed investment memoranda and reports
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate deals
• Perform commercial due diligence on potential investments
• Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies
• Conduct industry research to inform strategy
• Assist with fundraising efforts and limited partner communications
• Participate in international conferences and networking events

Candidate Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent proficiency in written communication
• Curiosity and keen interest in venture capital and technological innovation
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within and outside Europe
• Residency in Europe with citizenship in a NATO member or allied nation

• Experience in venture capital
• Strategy consulting expertise
• Investment banking background
• Work history in technology companies or engineering sectors

Additional Information

This position is not restricted to a specific location; however, candidates must be based somewhere in Europe. Regular international travel is expected.
