Job Overview

We seek an Associate, Instructional Design who will assist in the creation, delivery, quality assurance, and upkeep of e-learning training resources for Cogstate products and employee development. This role involves collaborating with internal subject matter experts to convert content into engaging training modules focused on Central Nervous System (CNS) assessments within clinical trials, using adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform content from internal scientific experts into polished e-learning courses and training materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and standards.
• Incorporate feedback continuously to refine and enhance training courses.
• Guarantee that deliverables are precise, high-quality, and completed within deadlines.
• Participate in peer reviews for courses created by others to ensure quality standards.
• Update course content with each product or patch release cycle.
• Create and revise PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external uses.
• Stay informed about the latest features and updates in Articulate Storyline 360, including AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360; familiarity with AI integration preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in e-learning development.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually in USD.
