Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate, Instructional Design, to contribute to the creation, delivery, quality assurance, and upkeep of e-learning training resources focused on Cogstate products and staff development. You will work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform content into effective training modules, primarily aimed at educating external professionals on Central Nervous System (CNS) assessment methods used in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and adapt content from scientific SMEs into polished eLearning courses and accompanying training materials that align with company branding and processes.
• Continuously incorporate feedback and revisions to enhance courses.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, high-quality, and timely.
• Participate in peer review and quality control of courses developed by other instructional designers.
• Update training content in line with each product or software patch release cycle.
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Keep abreast of the latest features and updates in Articulate Storyline 360.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Storyline 360, with preferred experience in utilizing AI tools integrated within the platform.
• Three to five years of experience in eLearning development.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually.
