Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Assistant to support a Talent Partner/Manager based in our Culver City office. This is a demanding position requiring excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have at least one year of assistant experience, preferably in agencies or talent management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing client appointments and scheduling
- Coordinating travel and calendar management for the manager and clients
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Maintaining overall office organization and upkeep
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1-2 years of assistant experience in an agency, management, or entertainment company setting
- Keen interest in developing a career in talent management
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Adherence to desk responsibilities with creative problem-solving when necessary
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks based on defined goals
- Strong communication skills coupled with a charismatic personality
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bonus qualifications: advanced degree or proficiency in a second language
