Trading Team Manager (ROI)

Role overview

B&Q is looking for a Trading Team Manager in Swords, County Dublin, to help drive sales-floor performance and support colleagues in delivering a great customer experience. The position is offered as permanent work and may suit full-time, part-time, or job-share arrangements. The role is based on-site at B&Q Swords and carries a 36.75-hour working week.

Compensation is listed as up to €45,000 per year, along with bonus, pension, and seven weeks of holiday including bank holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial performance of the core trading sales floor, including stock control, range updates, and promotions.
• Carry out regular business reviews using sales figures, loyalty data, and customer feedback.
• Help team members develop strong product knowledge and create better customer conversations in-store.
