Position Overview
The Territory Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in executing retail sales across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels within the Atlanta, GA market. This field-based role involves frequent travel to 12-15 retail locations daily to drive distribution growth, promotional activities, and brand presence for CELSIUS® products. Strong collaboration with distributors and adherence to brand strategy is essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve flawless execution of the CELSIUS "perfect store" standard, increasing SKU placement, shelf space, display setup, and promotional activities.
- Implement and support brand strategies across assigned retail accounts.
- Perform regular account audits, identify sales opportunities, and document findings through CRM systems.
- Work closely with distributor partners by participating in route rides, promotional blitzes, and key account engagements.
- Assist regional sales management in progressing strategic initiatives.
- Join weekly sales meetings to assess performance results and define objectives.
- Meet and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly sales key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year sales experience within consumer packaged goods—beverages, distributor sales, or related fields preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen.
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face on a daily basis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident in delivering presentations to groups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting processes.

Additional Information
- Location Requirement: This is a field-based position requiring presence in the assigned Atlanta, GA territory.
- Driving Role: Must maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record screening.
- Salary: Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually plus incentives.
